Jermaine Chong

My name is Jermaine and I'm an emerging arts manager with experience across marketing, stage crew, artist management, and event management. I graduated with a BA (Hons) in Arts Management at LASALLE College of the Arts. My background includes supporting live events, assisting artists, coordinating logistics, and contributing to both front- and back-of-house operations.

I’m particularly interested in creating smooth, people-centred arts experiences, whether through event coordination, backstage support, or helping artists feel prepared and well taken care of. I enjoy getting to know people and hearing their stories, and I bring a sociable, approachable working style to every project. I’m quick to learn, adaptable in changing environments, and comfortable working closely with different teams to keep productions running efficiently.
