Jermaine Chong

My name is Jermaine and I'm an emerging arts manager with experience across marketing, stage crew, artist management, and event management. I am currently pursuing my BA (Hons) in Arts Management at LASALLE College of the Arts. My background includes supporting live events, assisting artists, coordinating logistics, and contributing to both front- and back-of-house operations.

I’m particularly interested in creating smooth, people-centred arts experiences, whether through event coordination, backstage support, or helping artists feel prepared and well taken care of. I enjoy getting to know people and hearing their stories, and I bring a sociable, approachable working style to every project. I’m quick to learn, adaptable in changing environments, and comfortable working closely with different teams to keep productions running efficiently.

I’m passionate about contributing to the arts sector in ways that are practical, collaborative, and grounded in genuine connection. As I continue building my experience, I’m open to roles that allow me to grow further as a capable and supportive arts manager.
